• Advance reservations of 72 hours prior to preferred date of stay is required. Confirmations are based on availability at the time of reservation.
• E-voucher/s may not be used during hotel’s full occupancy/black-out dates.
• E-voucher/s may not be used for mandatory quarantine stays.
• Leisure stays are not allowed under the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) status.
• Use of guests’ facilities (e.g. swimming pool, gym) are subject to the community quarantine guidelines set by the Philippines’ Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).
• Cancellation and rebooking is allowed at least 48 hours prior to date of check-in.
• Late cancellation or no-show will forfeit e-voucher/s.
• E-voucher is not convertible to cash.
• A copy of the e-voucher/s (either in print or digital format) must be presented to the Front Desk upon check in.
• Written authorization must be provided for third party use of e-voucher/s.
• E-Voucher bookings may not be used in conjunction with prevailing discounts, privileges and promotions
